Membership Item Credits Report

This report shows all membership item credits usage and balance by client. Item credits refer to items a member can receive as part of their membership. They can get x services/classes/products for free each month during the membership period.

Things to Know:

  • For pet merchants, the report will show the word “deceased” in parentheses next to the name of the pet that was marked as deceased.

To access this report:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard 
  2. Select the Reports tab
  3. Under the Clients section, select the Membership Credits report

When the report loads, you can filter by a specific location, date, and status. You can also use the search field to search for a specific client. Below the client search field, you can export the report as a CSV, PDF, or print version.

Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the desired data.

Report Filters

Filter Description
Location The location where the membership was purchased.
Status The status of the membership - Active, Canceled, Frozen, etc.  
Date

This is based on the credit start and expiring date. It uses the timeframe between the two dates. 

Example: 

If you filter by:

Status - Active

Date - August 25

The report will display all active memberships with credits that have not yet expired. It will not display memberships with expired credits prior to August 25. 

Report Columns

Column Description
Client The name of the client associated with the membership. Clicking this link opens the client's profile.
Membership The name of the membership. 
Credits Balance The number of item credits the client has remaining Credits received - Credits Used. The number displayed should match the number shown on the client's profile. 
New Credits The number of item credits the client will receive after a successful membership charge.
Carry Over Credits Unused item credits brought over from the previous month.
Used Credits The total item credits used during the period. When expanded, it displays the total used per item group.
Added On The date the new credits are added.
Expires On The date the item credits will expire.
Status The status of the membership - Active, Canceled, Frozen, etc.
