This report shows all membership value credits usage and balance by client. Value credits refer to x amount your clients receive to spend each month during the membership period. They are applied during checkout on the payment screen in POS.
To access this report:
- Navigate to Dashboard
- Select the Reports tab
- Under the Clients section, select the Membership Value Credits report
When the report loads, you can filter by a specific location and status. You can also use the search field to search for a specific client. Below the client search field, you can export the report as a CSV, PDF, or print version.
Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the desired data.
|Client||The name of the client associated with the membership. Clicking this link opens the client's profile.|
|Value Credit Balance||The amount of credits the client has remaining Credits received - Credits Used. The value displayed should match the value shown on the client's profile.|
|Expires On||The date the value credits will expire.|
|New Value Credits||The amount of value credits the client will receive after a successful membership charge.|
|Added On||The date the new credits are added.|
|Carry Over Value Credits||Unused value credits brought over from the previous month.|
|Value Credits Used||The total value credits used during the period. When expanded, it displays the value used per transaction.|
|Status||The status of the membership. When expanded, it shows the status of each value credit as well as the ticket number the credit was used on.|
