This report shows appointment revenue generated by add-on services added online or upsold in store.
To access this report:
- Navigate to Dashboard
- Select the Reports tab
- Under the Bookings section, select the With Add-ons report
When the report loads, you can filter by a specific location, staff, and date. If the By Location button is used at the top of the report, you will be able to easily compare metrics across locations and location groupings to see which locations are doing better or worse on that dimension.
Below the By Location button, you have the option to export the report as a CSV, PDF, or print version.
Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the desired data.
|Location||The location where the addon was added|
|Add-On||The name of the add on service|
|Times Added||The number of times the addon was added to an appointment|
|% Booked Online||Number of add-ons booked online / Total number of add ons x 100. For example, if an add-on service was added 3 times but only 2 were added online the % booked online would be 1/3 x 100 = 66.67%.|
|% Upsold In-Store||Number of add-ons added to an appointment after the appointment has started / Total number of add ons x 100. For example, if an add-on service was added 4 times but only 2 were added online the % upsold in-store would be 2/4 x 100 = 50 %.|
|Service Revenue||Revenue generated for add ons added during the date range selected.|
