Referral History Report

The Referral History report displays new customer referrals to your business generated by each client.  You can view details such as referrer and referee credit, activation date, redemption value, and the number of clients referred by each referrer.   

To access this report:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard
  2. Select the Reports tab
  3. Under the Client section, select the Referral History report

When the report opens, you can filter by a specific location and date range. Once you have selected your desired filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the report. After the report is generated, you can use the search field on the right, to search for a specific client by email, name, or phone number. You will also have the ability to export to Excel, PDF, and print the report by clicking on the respective icons below the client search field.

Report Columns 

Column Description
Referred Date The date the referral was made
Location The location the transaction took place 
Referrer Name

The name of the client who made the referral. Clicking the link redirects you to the referrer's profile. 

Referrer Credit Credit that is earned by the referrer when the referee completes a purchase matching the minimum spend threshold specified in a single visit.  
Referee Name The name of the client who was referred to your business. Clicking the link redirects you to the referee's profile. 
Referee Credit Credit received by the referee to spend on their visit when they meet the minimum spend threshold in one visit.
Activation Date The date the referral was activated
Referee Ticket The ticket associated with the credit activation 
Referee Transaction Amount Value of the ticket at the time the referral credit was activated in POS
