This report displays various details such as the class/event capacity, revenue, cancellations, number of registrations, and much more.
To access this report:
- Navigate to Dashboard
- Select the Reports tab
- Under the Bookings section, select the By Class report
When the report loads, you can filter by a specific location, staff, and date. You can choose to view the report by date or location. If the By Location button is used at the top of the report, you will be able to easily compare metrics across locations and location groupings to see which locations are doing better or worse on that dimension.
Below the By Location button, you have the option to download the report as a CSV, PDF, or print version.
Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the desired data.
Report Filters
Filter | Description |
Location | The location where the class/event is scheduled. |
Staff | The staff member who performed the class/event during the date range and location selected. |
Date | This range will determine the classes/events that were booked during the date range selected. |
Report Columns
Column | Description |
Category | The category to which the class/event belongs |
Event Name | The name of the class/event |
Sessions | The number of scheduled classes/events |
Gross Revenue | Revenue generated by the class/event during the date range selected |
Registrations | The number of clients who signed up for the class or event |
Availability | The maximum capacity of the class/event |
Registration Rate | Number of registration / Class Availability x 100 |
Check-Ins | Number of clients who checked in |
Check-In Rate | Number of Check-Ins / Number of Registrations x 100 |
Cancellations | Number of clients who canceled |
Cancellation Rate | Number of cancellations / Number of Registrations x 100 |
No Show Count | Number of clients who did not show up for the class/event |
No Show Rate | Number of No Shows / Number of Registrations x 100 |
