Checking In Appointments on Scheduler App

In this article, we will walk through the steps on how to check in appointments on the scheduler app. 

  1. Log into the app. For details on how to, learn here 
  2. Once signed in you will be directed to the schedule by default
  3. Locate the appointment you wish to check in then select to open
  4. On the appointment details screen, select the drop-down arrow next to Booked status
  5. Select Check-In                                                               
  6. You will be redirected to the appointment details screen to see that the status for the appointment changed from Booked to Checked In                           
  7. Save the appointment     
  8. The checked-in icon will then appear in the appointment window on hover         

         

You have successfully checked in your client to their appointment.
