You can track how many potential clients are coming into your stores and leaving because they don't want to wait by using the Walk Out button. This button will only appear if Walk-in Waitlist is enabled in your settings.
To activate the Walk-in Waitlist, go to Business Setup > Settings > Allow clients to be added to the waitlist.
Once activated, save your changes. The Walk Out button will then appear on the left side of your Scheduler in day, week, month, and agenda views, and at the top of the page on the split view.
Each time the button is clicked, it will record a 'walk out'. The counter value will be shown in brackets and is per location per day. The value will reset each day at midnight.
The number of walkouts by the hour can be viewed in the Walk Out Report.
