You can monitor how many potential clients are coming into your stores and leaving due to wait times by using the Walk Out button. This article will guide you through the steps to configure your account to add the Walk Out button to your schedule.
Things to know:
- The Walk Out button will only appear if the "Allow Clients to Be Added to Waitlist?" setting is enabled
- The number of walkouts per hour can be viewed in the Walk Out report
Configuration of the Walk Out Button on the Schedule
Log into your account:
- Navigate to Business Setup > Settings
- Scroll to the Calendar section
- Toggle the "Allow Clients to Be Added to Waitlist?" setting to YES
- Click Save
Walk Out Button on the Schedule
Once the setting is enabled:
- Navigate to the schedule
- The Walk Out button will then appear on the left side of your Scheduler in day, week, month, and agenda views, and at the top of the page on the split view
- Click the "Walk Out" button whenever a potential client leaves without being serviced. Each time the button is clicked, it will record a "Walk Out." The counter value will be shown in brackets and is tracked per location per day. The value will reset each day at midnight.
