New/Existing Member Filter on Membership Roster Report

The member filter on the Membership Roster report allows you to filter by:

  • All Members

  • New Members

  • Existing Members

Please see below for information on the data that will appear when you filter by each member type.

Filter the report by New Members:

  1. When filtering by the date of membership purchase, clients will be categorized as new members.
  2. If the membership's start date is in the future, clients will be considered new members on the actual start date of the membership.

Filter the report by Existing Members:

  1. When filtering by any date after the membership purchase, clients will be identified as existing members
  2. If the membership's start date is in the future, clients will be recognized as existing members on any date following the membership start date
  3. Clients with suspended memberships will be displayed as existing members
  4. Clients with frozen memberships will be displayed as existing members
