The Product Sales Detail report gives you a breakdown of product revenue for each unique SKU on a closed ticket. Only product sales that have a closed ticket will be reported (on the day the ticket was closed).
This report can be used alongside the Compensation reports in understanding the specific product sales and details that make up product revenue/commissions for a specific staff member.
Product revenue and commission is allocated to the staff member selected to receive product commission on a ticket (screenshot below).
Each unique product SKU on a closed ticket will be reported on one line (even if more than one is sold). If more than one of the same SKU is sold, you will see that reflection in the 'qty. sold' column.
If two different product SKUs are sold (but on the same ticket), you will see two lines on the Product Sales Detail report (one for each SKU).
