Reassign Employee On Closed Point Of Sale Ticket

This feature allows the merchants to reassign the commissionable employee on a closed point of sale ticket without having to reopen the ticket. To make a change regarding the commissionable employee, you will go to POS > Closed Tickets > Locate the Ticket you wish to edit > and select the employee’s name from the drop-down list that is available under the Product Commission section. As a reminder, only those who have access via access controls to make edits will see this option.

When you click on it, you will be allowed to choose a different employee:

Once changed, the “Done” button on the lower right will change to “Save” as seen below:

Clicking Save will prompt the merchant to confirm that they want to make the change:

The ticket will then display the updated changes:
