How Far In Advance Can Clients Book

Merchants have the capability of setting a limit on the maximum amount of time their business can be booked in advance online. There are two options regarding this setting. The first option is the general setting for the business where you can set how far in advance your clients can book appointments online. This configuration can be set by going to Business Setup > Settings > Online Bookings. You can use the drop-down menu to select the amount of time in hours, days, and months.

Merchants now also have the ability to set how far in advance a specific service category can be booked and enter an end time for the last time the service can be booked. This configuration is per service category. To enable this setting, go to Business Setup > Settings > Online Bookings > How Far In Advance Can Clients Book? > Set Advanced Settings by Service Category.

Once you select, "set advanced settings by service category," a pop-up box will be displayed that provides a list of your service categories and the option to set when clients can be booked from and when clients can book up until. Please see the example below:

If you do not set advanced settings for a specific service category, it will default to the "general" business setting.
