The Promotions report allows you to track promotions and value of promotions applied to closed tickets. This provides detailed information around the promotion on ticket, ticket number, service or product that received the promotion, as well as promotion details all in one report.
You can access this report by going to Dashboard > Reports > Promotions.
You are able to filter by location, specific promotion, staff member who performed service that received a promotion, staff member who applied promotion and closed the ticket, client that received the promotion, product or service sale type that received promotion, and date range.
Once you have selected your filters, you will click on Apply to generate the report you are looking for. You are also able to export the results to CSV, PDF, or print the results.
The results that show will let you know the total value that has been given, as well as the average percentage that is being provided off of the retail price.
