Editing, Pausing, Duplicating, or Deleting Promotions

Once your promotion has been published, you can edit, pause, duplicate, or delete it. In this article, we will guide you through the steps for editing, pausing, duplicating, and deleting promotions.

 Things to Know:

  • There are 4 promotion statuses:
    • Live: The promotion is currently active
    • Paused: The promotion has been paused and cannot be used
    • Scheduled: The promotion is set to start at a later date
    • Expired: The valid date set on the General Setting page has passed
  • Global promotions cannot be edited, paused, or duplicated at the child level
  • When promotions are deleted, they are removed from open tickets but not from closed tickets. However, the promotion's name will no longer appear on closed tickets; only the discounted amount will be shown.
  • Historical data for deleted promotions will still be available in the promotion report
