Merchants Have The Option to Require Their Registers To Be Open In Order To Take Payments

Merchants have the capability to block employees from taking payment on a ticket if there is no register open for the current day. This option helps reduce errors and improve the register Closeout Report. To make this selection, log into your MyTime Account and select Business Setup > Settings > POS > Require Open Register To Take Payment. Please see the screenshots below:
