How is Estimated Wait Time Calculated on the Kiosk and Waitlist?

The estimated Wait Time is an average Wait Time for each variation.  On the kiosk home screen (and check-in widget) we take all variations into consideration, on the select staff screen we take only the selected variations combined. For example service 1 + service 2 on the same appointment. 

Please note that there is a difference between average Wait Time (looking back historically and averaging how long people waited that day) and estimated Wait Time (looking forward based on all the possible services a client might get and estimating how long they will wait (both before and after they select a staff member and service combination).
