Why Can't I Edit the Date or Time On Certain Booked Appointments?

You may notice that some booked appointments allow the end date/time to be edited and other appointments are not editable.  This is caused by having buffer times or processing times attached to the appointment. The system needs to recognize which one of those times it needs to edit, either the buffer or processing time.  If an appointment has only service time with only one service, then the appointment date/time can be edited via the appointment modal itself without selecting "Edit Time." Please see the images below: 



The image below reflects a split time appointment with processing time attached to the service and shows the edit time option: 


Split time appointments can only be edited by changing the duration of each service. So, if there are 2 services attached to the appointment, you could edit the duration of each service in this modal you see in the above image.
