The kiosk is an interactive in-store portal that allows clients to self-check in for appointments or class sessions and add themselves to the waitlist. Clients can also browse and select available services directly from the kiosk. This article provides a step-by-step guide for setting up services to be available on the kiosk.
Things to Know:
- For a service to be available in the kiosk, the "Available in Kiosk" option must be enabled for that service

Global services can be configured for kiosk availability only at the parent level, whereas local services can be configured for kiosk availability only at the child level
- The option to hide service prices on the kiosk is managed by a hidden setting, which can only be enabled by the MyTime team. To enable this feature, contact support@mytime.com.
- The ability to hide prices for global services is only available at the parent level, while prices for local services can be hidden at the child level
To add services on the Kiosk:
1. Go to Location Setup > Services
2. Select the desired location from the dropdown
3. Select 'Edit' next to the service you wish to add to the kiosk
4. From the service modal, toggle the 'Available on Kiosk' button to 'Yes'
5. Save Changes
When the hidden setting to hide prices on the kiosk is toggled to "No," the price for each service will be displayed alongside the service.
When the hidden setting to hide prices on the kiosk is toggled to "Yes," the price for each service will not be visible.
