Services that are no longer offered or needed by the business can be deleted. This article will guide you through the process of removing these services.
Things to Know:
- Global services can only be deleted from the parent level
- Services created at the child level can only be deleted from the child level
- If a service is deleted from one location within a child company, it will be deleted from all other locations under that child company as well

If the business no longer provides services within a particular service category, the entire category can be deleted, which will also remove all services within that category
- When service is deleted it cannot be booked online or in-store
- For appointments booked before a service is deleted, the word "Deleted" will appear in parentheses on the appointment modal next to the name of the service
- If a service was booked for a future date and is deleted before that date, the appointment will still appear on the schedule with the word "Deleted" in parentheses next to the name of the service on the appointment modal
- Revenue from services that have been deleted will still be shown in reports

Deleted services that are part of a membership or package will not impact the package or membership on client profiles. The package or membership can still be used for other configured services.
To delete a service:
1. Go to Business Setup > Services
2. Select the desired location from the location dropdown
3. Select the 'Edit' option for the service you wish to delete from the service menu
4. Select the 'Delete' option at the bottom left of the page
5. On the confirmation modal, type the word "delete" in the input field and select the "Delete" button
Once deleted, the service will be removed from the service menu
