Clock In and Clock Out on Scheduler App

In MyTime, users have the flexibility to clock in and out at their discretion, selecting from various work types established by the business. This article will guide you through the process of clocking in and out using the Scheduler App.

Things to know:

  • The ability to clock in and out is governed by the Clock In/Clock Out access control
  • Only staff members with support and service provider roles are permitted to clock in and out on MyTime.
  • If you have been assigned to multiple locations, it is crucial to pay attention to the location you select when clocking in.
  • If a staff member clocks in for a work type that is not eligible for commissions, no commission will be paid on services performed or items sold while clocked in with that work type.

Clock In and Clock Out on the Scheduler App

To clock in and clock out of the Scheduler App, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into the scheduler app. Learn more here
  2. Once signed in, you will be directed to the schedule by default

  6. Choose the desired work type                                       

To clock out, follow steps 1-4 outlined above, and then click on the "Clock Out" button.Screenshot 2024-08-05 135448.jpg
