5. From the class roster, select the "Add Attendee" button
To add an existing pet to a class:
1. Search for an existing pet by typing their name in the "Search Client" field
2. Select the pet's name
3. Select "Add" at the bottom of the modal. The pet will be added to the class roster as a guest of the pet owner
To add a new pet to classes:
1. Enter the name of the pet in the "Search Client" field
2. Select "+ New Client"
3. Select the "New Guest Of existing Client" option
4. Enter the name, email or phone number of the existing client in the "Guest Of Who?" field
5. Select "Add" at the bottom of the modal
The new pet created will be added to the class roster.
Adding Pet to Classes Online
To add an existing pet to classes online:
1. Clients will go to your booking page using the booking URL or book button on your website
2. Select the desired location (if the account has multiple locations) which will redirect them to the 'Book Class' tab
3. Choose a date from the "Date Picker"
4. Select the desired staff member and class category
5. Click 'Select' next to the preferred class
6. On the 'Select Attendee Type' modal, click on the 'Continue' button to proceed to the Check-Out page
7. Sign in if they already have an account with the "Sign In" link, sign in using their Facebook or Apple accounts, or create a new account. If they are already signed in, fill out the intake form (if applicable), and add card details
8. Select the 'Attendee' dropdown and click the name of the pet
9. Add the required pet details
10. Complete Booking
11. On the confirmation page, the information for the class booked will be displayed
