Deleting Memberships

This article will guide you through the process of deleting memberships

Things to know:

  • Once a membership is deleted, you cannot create a new one with the same name as the deleted membership.
  • Global memberships can only be deleted from the parent level
  • When a membership is deleted, it will still appear on the client's profile and will not affect the membership credits stored there; these credits remain usable even after deletion.
  • During checkout, the deleted membership benefits will still be applied
  • If a membership is deleted from one location, it will be removed from all locations
  • Deleting memberships has no impact on reports

To delete a membership:

1. Go to Location Setup > Memberships

2. Select the desired location

2. Locate and select the edit icon for the membership you wish to delete

3. From the "General Settings" page, select "Delete" at the bottom of the page

4. From the "Delete Membership" modal type the word "Delete" in the input field

5. Select "Delete" at the bottom of the modal

Deleted membership will no longer be visible.
