The Loyalty Activity report provides a comprehensive overview of your clients' loyalty points details. It includes information such as transaction dates for points earned, the quantity of points earned and redeemed, as well as the remaining balance in their loyalty account. This report allows you to track and analyze the loyalty points activity for each client.
Things to Know:
- The visibility of the Loyalty Activity report is dependent upon the activation of the loyalty subscription. If the loyalty subscription is not activated, the report will not be accessible.
- The report is generated based on closed tickets only
To access this report:
- Navigate to Dashboard
- Select the Reports tab
- Under the Client section, select the Loyalty Activity report
When the report opens, you can filter by a specific location if the account has more than 1 location and then click on the UPDATE button to generate the report. Once generated, users have the option to export the report to Excel or PDF and print it using the respective icons. This functionality provides flexibility in managing and sharing the Loyalty Activity report.
Report Filters
Filter | Description |
Location | The location where the transaction took place. |
Date | The date of the transaction. |
Report Columns
Column | Description |
Client | The name of the client. Clicking the link redirects you to the client's profile |
Transaction Date | The date the points were earned, redeemed, or manually adjusted |
Ticket ID | The ticket associated with the earning or redeeming of the loyalty points. Upon expansion, it list the ticket IDs associated with each points earned / redeemed |
Points Earned | The total number of points earned. Upon expansion, it breaks down the points earned on each individual transaction |
Points Redeemed | The total number of points redeemed. Upon expansion, it breaks down the points redeemed on each specific transaction |
