How can I track staff vacation days?

You can track your staff’s vacation days through staff reports. To generate this report navigate to your ‘Dashboard’, select the ‘Reports’ tab, and then choose ‘Vacation Days’ below the ‘Staff’ header:

This report displays all of the vacation days taken by employees over the course of the selected time span. Additional filters are available to view the information by location and staff member. This report can be exported as a CSV, PDF, or printed.

Vacation days are recorded when employees are put on vacation from their availability page or the Scheduler.
