How do I view my staff’s calendar utilization to gauge how busy their schedules are?

You can use MyTime to generate a report of your staff’s calendar utilization. To generate this report navigate to your ‘Dashboard’, select the ‘Reports’ tab, and then choose ‘Calendar Utilization’ below the ‘Staff’ header:

The report shows all employee bookings made during a specified time period, displaying the number of bookings, the percent of their calendar that is booked, and the percent of their calendar that is left available. Additional filters are available to view appointment information by location and staff member. This report can be exported as a CSV, PDF, or Print version.
