How can I track tips?

If you're using MyTime's POS, MyTime will track your staff's tips in the Tips Report.

To find this report, navigate to your Dashboard,  select the Reports tab, and then choose Tips.




At the top, you can filter by location, staff member, and date.




You can also filter for Closed tickets only by checking the box.




If you want to document tips that were not added into a ticket in POS, you can select Add Tip and type the tip into the report. Note: Adding a tip on this report will not charge the client's card or add a tip to the ticket. It is for reporting purposes only.




Use the buttons at the top right to export as CSV, PDF or Print version.
