How can I track the frequency of client bookings?

The MyTime Dashboard allows you to display the frequency of appointments for specific groups of clients in Reports.

Dashboard > Reports > Clients > Booking Interval

Navigate to this report by going to ‘Dashboard’, ‘Reports’, ‘Clients’ and then ‘Booking Interval’:

You can filter this report by location, staff member, date range or labels:

The report will show you how many of your clients rebooked within different time intervals and how frequent these re-bookings are, allowing you to track client retention in the short and long term.
