Report: Client Retention

The MyTime Dashboard allows you to track your client retention by Location, Staff Member, and Client. To access this report go to:  Dashboard > Reports > Clients > Client Retention



You can filter this report by location, staff member, clients or by date:


This report shows the retention rate per client at the staff and location level. This includes the timeframe that they returned in.

The customer's name is hyperlinked to take you to their Client Page directly.
