How do I track client retention?

The MyTime Dashboard allows you to display how many months it has been since any of your client’s last appointment.

Dashboard > Reports > Clients > Lapsed Clients

Navigate to this report by going to ‘Dashboard’, ‘Reports’, ‘Clients’ and then ‘Lapsed Clients’:


You can filter this report by location, staff member, or by date:

This report displays a client’s total bookings and months since their last appointment. You can see when their last appointment was along with their contact information so that you can easily reach out to them to schedule their next appointment.
