This report displays information about pets and their appointments for those present in the facility on a specific day. It provides the convenience of checking in or checking out pets directly from the interface while offering visibility into upcoming arrivals. In addition to these features, the report includes essential information such as the pet's name, breed, service name, the assigned resource for the service, as well as the status and expiration dates of vaccinations.
Things to know:
- This report is exclusively designed for pet businesses
- The data presented in each Vaccine Status, and Vaccine Expiration column originates from the information captured in the separate vaccination expiration reminder custom fields. The report will encompass data for all vaccination expiration reminders configured for the business, showcasing the status and expiration details for each one.
- To create vaccination expiration reminder custom fields, learn more here.
- Once the custom fields are created, please contact our support team at support@mytime.com to enable the custom field IDs.
- The columns for pet name, client, checked-in, checked-out, expected arrival, expected departure, and vaccine expiration are designed to be sortable.

For multi-day appointments, you can configure your account to display revenue earned on the final date of the appointment instead of the first. For example, if an appointment runs from September 6, 2024, to September 20, 2024, the revenue will be recorded on September 20, 2024. This feature is managed through a hidden setting that only the MyTime team can enable. To activate this setting, please reach out to our Support Team at support@mytime.com. Note that once enabled, this change is irreversible and will only apply to appointments and tickets created after activation.

- For pet merchants, the report will show the word “deceased” in parentheses next to the name of the pet that was marked as deceased.
- From the schedule, clicking the "Pets in Facility" button in the left rail under the calendar will take you to the Pets in Facility report. Learn more here
To access this report:
- Navigate to the Dashboard
- Select the Reports tab
- Under the Bookings section, select the Pets in Facility report
When the report opens, you can filter by location, service category, date, and pet status. You can also search for the pet or client's name and download the report as a CSV, PDF, or print format. Once you select your filters, click the UPDATE button to generate the desired data.

Service | The category to which a service belongs. For example, a Bath & Brush service would belong to the Dog Grooming category. |

Show Checked Out Pets |
When this checkbox is selected, only pets who have been marked as checked out of the facility during the specified date range are visible. When unchecked, the report will show all pets with appointments, regardless of whether they were checked out or not. |
Show Expected Arrival/Departure | When this checkbox is selected, the "Expected Arrival" and "Expected Departure" columns are added to the report, displaying the appointment's scheduled start and end times. This is helpful in determining when the pet will arrive and when they should be checked out. |
Report Columns
Column | Description |
Pet Name | The name of the pet associated with the appointment |
Client | The name of the pet's owner |
Address | The client's first physical address listed on their profile (if the client has multiple addresses) |
Phone Number | The client's mobile phone number |
Expected Arrival |
The scheduled start time of the appointment. This column is only visible when the Show Expected Arrival/Departure checkbox is selected. |
Checked-In | The date and time the pet was checked in |
Expected Departure |
The scheduled end time of the appointment. This column is only visible when the Show Expected Arrival/Departure checkbox is selected. |
Checked-out | The date and time the pet was checked out |
Breed | The breed of the pet |
Resource | This column is sortable and displays the name of the resource associated with the appointment. |
Service | The name of the service assigned to the appointment |
{Name} Vaccine Status | This will indicate "ACTIVE" if the vaccine expiration date is in the future, and "EXPIRED" if the vaccine expiration date is in the past. This column is only displayed if the expiration reminder custom field is configured. |
{Name} Vaccine Expiration | The date of expiration for the vaccination. This column is only displayed if the expiration reminder custom field is configured. |
Appointment Notes | Any notes entered in the appointment notes section of the appointment modal |
