Pets In Facility Report

This report displays information about pets and their appointments for those present in the facility on a specific day. It provides the convenience of checking in or checking out pets directly from the interface while offering visibility into upcoming arrivals. In addition to these features, the report includes essential information such as the pet's name, breed, service name, the assigned resource for the service, as well as the status and expiration dates of rabies and DHPP vaccinations.

Things to know:

  • This report is exclusively designed for pet businesses
  • The data presented in the Rabies Vaccine Status, Rabies Vaccine Expiration, DHLPP Vaccine Status, and DHLPP Vaccine Expiration columns originates from the information captured in the expiration reminder custom fields.
  • To create expiration reminder custom fields, learn more here.
  • Once the custom fields are created, please contact our support team at support@mytime.com to enable the custom field IDs.
  • The columns for pet name, client, checked-in, checked-out, expected arrival, expected departure, rabies vaccine expiration, and DHLPP vaccine expiration are designed to be sortable.

To access this report:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard
  2. Select the Reports tab
  3. Under the Bookings section, select the Pets in Facility report report.png

When the report opens, you can filter by location, service category, and date. You can also search for the pet or client's name and download the report as a CSV, PDF, or print format. Once you select your filters, click the UPDATE button to generate the desired data.

Report Filters

Filter Description
Location Location associated with the appointment 
Service The category to which a service belongs. For example, a Bath & Brush service would belong to the Dog Grooming category.
Date  
Show Checked Out Pets 

When this checkbox is selected, only pets who have been marked as checked out of the facility during the specified date range are visible.

When unchecked, the report will show all pets with appointments, regardless of whether they were checked out or not.

Show Expected Arrival/Departure When this checkbox is selected, the "Expected Arrival" and "Expected Departure" columns are added to the report, displaying the appointment's scheduled start and end times. This is helpful in determining when the pet will arrive and when they should be checked out.

Report Columns

Column Description
Client The name of the pet's owner
Address The client's first physical address (if the client has multiple)
Phone Number The client's mobile phone number
Pet Name The name of the pet associated with the appointment
Expected Arrival

The scheduled start time of the appointment. This column is only visible when the Show Expected Arrival/Departure checkbox is selected.

Checked-In The date and time the pet was checked in
Expected Departure

The scheduled end time of the appointment. This column is only visible when the Show Expected Arrival/Departure checkbox is selected.

Checked-out The date and time the pet was checked out
Breed The breed of the pet
Resource The name of the resource associated with the appointment
Service The name of the service assigned to the appointment
Rabies Vaccine Status This will indicate "ACTIVE" if the rabies expiration date is in the future, and "EXPIRED" if the rabies expiration date is in the past. This column is only displayed if the expiration reminder custom field is configured. 
Rabies Vaccine Expiration The date of expiration for the rabies vaccination This column is only displayed if the expiration reminder custom field is configured. 
DHLPP Vaccine Status This will indicate "ACTIVE" if the DHLPP expiration date is in the future, and "EXPIRED" if the rabies expiration date is in the past. This column is only displayed if the expiration reminder custom field is configured. 
DHLPP Vaccine Expiration The date of expiration for the DHLPP vaccination. This column is only displayed if the expiration reminder custom field is configured. 
Appointment Notes Any notes entered in the appointment notes section of the appointment modal
