Checking In Clients to Classes on Scheduler App

In the scheduler app, there are two available methods for checking in clients for classes. This article will guide you through the steps for both approaches.


Checking In Clients Manually

  1. Sign in to the app. For instructions on how to do so, refer to the provided guidelines here
  2. After successfully signing in, you will be automatically directed to the schedule by default
  3. Find the class or event you want to check the client into, then select it to open
  4. On the class details screen, select the View Attendees button   
  5. Select the desired client to check in                                 
  6. Select the drop-down arrow next to the Booked status   
  7. Select Check-In                                                                 
  8. The status on the client details screen will be updated to Checked-In
  9. The status will also be updated on the Attendees screen

Checking In Clients Via QR Codes

  1. Log into the app. For details on how to, learn here
  2. Once signed in you will be directed to the schedule by default
  3. Locate the class/event you wish to check the client into then select to open
  4. On the class details screen, select the Check-In button with the QR code
  5. You'll be directed to your camera to scan the QR code your client received in the confirmation email
  6. Once the QR code is scanned, the screen will display the client's details along with the "Checked-In" tag, indicating that they have been checked in                  
  7. The status will be updated on the Attendee's screen       

You have successfully checked in your client to the class/event.
