Print Tickets From Appointment Modal

At MyTime, you have the option to print a receipt for each appointment you schedule. In this article, we'll explore how to print receipts from the appointment modal and examine the details displayed on the receipt.

Things to know:

  • The following information can be found on a ticket printed from the appointment modal:
    • Company Logo
    • Company Name and Address
    • Date and Time
    • Client Name
    • Ticket Number / Ticket ID
    • Name of the Staff Member
    • Service Provided to the Client
    • Subtotal
    • Change Given
    • Total
    • Receipt Footer Message
    • Barcode
  • The client's phone number may appear on the ticket if the setting "Show Client Phone Number On Printed Receipt" is turned on

To print a receipt from the appointment modal:

1. Navigate to the schedule

2. On the schedule, locate the appointment for which you want to print a receipt

3. Open the appointment modal
4. Click on the printer icon located at the top of the modal

5. The print receipt preview modal will appear, displaying a receipt preview on the left. On the right, you will have the option to select:

  • Destination
  • Pages - Whether all or custom
  • Copies - Specify the desired number of receipt copies
  • Color - Select black and white or color printing

In the "More Settings" section, you have the option to:

  • Adjust parameters like page size, pages per sheet, margins, quality, and scale
  • Customize settings using default options or specify preferences
  • Add a header and footer or background graphics

Once you have completed all the information, click on the "Print" button.
