To customize your rebooking reminders:
- Navigate to Marketing > Automated Messages
- Select the Marketing tab
- Under Rebooking Reminders, you will see a reminder for each one of your services
- Hover over the status of the event, you want to edit and click on the View link
Note: You can only customize rebooking reminders if you are on the following subscriptions: Premium, Growth, or Automated Email + SMS Marketing
