How do I calculate and track my staff's compensation?

You can set compensation rules per staff member and easily track what they’re owed–right from your Dashboard.

To calculate staff compensation at a fixed rate per hour, a percentage of revenue, a fixed amount per service, or a combination of all three! Compensation metrics need to be set per employee from the Availability page.

Once you’ve set compensation rules for each staff member you can go to your Dashboard, click on “More Reports” and then select “Compensation”.
