You cannot edit your external calendar events from MyTime. You must edit external calendar events directly from your external calendar.
After you've edited external calendar events, they will automatically be updated in your MyTime Scheduler the next time your calendar syncs. MyTime regularly syncs your external calendar to your MyTime schedule. The frequency of syncing depends upon the external calendar you use.
To view the date and time of your most recent sync:
- Click your business name in the upper right-hand corner
- Click Business Setup
- Click Staff & Availability
- Select the staff member whose calendar sync you'd like to view (in this example, Samantha).
When you click on a staff member, their staff profile will appear. The date and time of their most recent sync will appear right beneath the Calendar Synced heading (see below).
