How do I navigate my schedule?

To access your schedule, click the Schedule tab at the top of your MyTime account. 

Here you can view your schedule for a single day, a week, or a month. Select your preferred view by clicking the dropdown arrow next to the view selection.


In Day View and Agenda View, your schedule will be organized by staff member. Your staff members will be listed at the top of the screen, and their respective appointments for that day will be listed below.


If you utilize MyTime's Resource Booking feature, the daily schedules for your resources will be listed to the right of your staff members.



To view a different date, use the calendar in the upper left-hand corner to select the date you wish to view.



To view a different month, click the arrow in the calendar until you reach the month you'd like to view, and then click on any day in that month. You schedule will then show the month you've selected.



View a different day in your Day View or Agenda View by clicking on the preferred date on the calendar, or by using the arrows next to the date displayed at the top (see image below).



You can use this same technique to view a different week in week view:


You may also filter to view only specific locations, specific staff members and specific resources. The filters are located in the upper right-hand corner of your schedule (see below). 

To view a specific location, click the dropdown arrow next to All Locations and select the location you'd like to view.

To view specific staff members and resources, click the dropdown arrow and place a check mark by the staff members and resources you'd like to view in your schedule. 

The Working Staff filter (as displayed in this example) will display all staff members who are working on the day you've selected. The All Staff filter will display the schedules for all service providers.


Below the calendar there are buttons to create a new appointment, create a new ticket, create a sale, or customize staff hours for a particular day or week.



You can also create an appointment by clicking directly in your schedule. Click on the start time you'd like for the appointment in the correct staff member's column:



This will pull up a New Appointment window for the staff member and time you selected (see example below). Don't worry if you didn't select the exact time - you can change the time and staff member when the New Appointment window appears. Fill out the appointment information, click save, and the appointment will appear in your schedule.


You can edit staff members' availability, clocked hours, and staff profile from your schedule. Click on a staff member's name to produce these options. Staff members can also clock in and out from your schedule. For more information on how to use the clock in/out feature, click here.



In the bottom left-hand corner, you have the options to print your agenda for the day or view your appointment history.
