Yes! MyTime sends your customers reminders before each appointment if the appointment was requested through MyTime and if the customer chooses to be contacted via SMS.
Additionally, you can chat with any customer in your Client Manager so long as they provide a mobile phone number with texting capabilities. You can send a personalized message or reminder through this feature. Best of all, sending your customers a message through MyTime is free; messages will appear on your customer's phone as a SMS message.
If you would like to customize (or turn off) the automated reminders that get sent out, you can do so in the Marketing tab of your MyTime account. You'll be able to set exactly when you'd like the reminder to be sent out, and customize the body of the message as well if you click into each reminder.
