What happens when a customer books through MyTime?

You’ll receive an email and/or text message as soon as a customer books an appointment with you. If you haven’t connected your third-party software calendar to MyTime, the appointment will remain in the Pending state until you confirm it. We’ll remind the customer about their upcoming appointment 24 hours beforehand to make sure they show up!

Post-appointment, we remind users to leave a review for other MyTime users and to share your business with their friends.

If the customer prepays for your service through MyTime: We’ll forward payment for the service within 7 business days of the appointment. Remember, customers that pay through MyTime can also leave a tip for you via MyTime!
