Prefilled Appointment Custom Fields

Prefill appointment custom fields can be used to minimize the hassle of re-entering the same information for your clients every time they book an appointment. In this article, we will discuss how prefilling appointment custom fields work. 

Things to know:

  • To configure your custom appointment fields, learn here
  • For recurring appointments, the system will retrieve custom field values of the last appointment created (by creation date, not edit date)

Once the custom appointment fields are configured, they will appear on all appointment modals. Complete them and save the appointment 

Scenarios

Using the options below to book future appointments for the same client used above would prefill the appointment details and responses. There will also be a note on the appointment modal "Data was automatically prefilled! Update if necessary and click 'Save'"
