Purchasing Packages for Family Members on Booking Widget

Once your widget is configured to include packages, your clients will be able to go to your booking page using the booking URL or book button on your website to purchase a package.

Thing to Know:

If individual family member packages are configured, the client will need to sign in or create an account in order to view the individual family member packages. Otherwise, only packages that can be utilized for any family member will be visible.

Depending on how you configured the widget, your packages will be a stand-alone item or your clients will have to:

  1. Navigate to your booking widget
  2. They can sign in if they already have a MyTime user account. If they don't already have one, they can create one by clicking the Sign Up Now option                              
  3. Once signed in, select the Packages link in the header 
  4. Select the "Buy” button next to the package they'd like to purchase. In this example, I will purchase the Grooming Package
  5. The prompt to select who the membership is for will appear
    • If the client has a pet on their account, the "Please Select A Pet" option will be displayed, along with a dropdown list from which the client can choose the pet
    • If the client does not have a pet listed on their account, they will be prompted to add one
  6. Click the "Buy" button 
  7. The package will be added to the client's cart and they will be redirected to the Checkout page The package information such as the package's name, pet's name, what the package includes, and the price will be displayed for review
  8. Next, enter their card details and if there is a promotion for packages, it can be applied to the "Apply Gift Card / Promo Code". The promotion will discount the purchase based on the promotion benefits 
  9. Click on ‘Complete Purchase
  10. On the confirmation page, there is a Book Appointment button. Selecting the button will direct your clients to the service page where they can book future appointments covered by the package they just purchased or appointments not covered by the package

Once a client has purchased a package:

  • The client will receive an email confirmation 

  • The package will be reflected on the client's profile with the family members's name and in the Package Balances Report
  • All applicable bookings and purchases for the family member will have the “In Package” label attached
