Fallback Delivery Method for Automated Messages

We use a fallback mechanism for automated messages if none of the specified delivery options are available. In this article, we'll take a look at numerous scenarios and the predicted outcomes.

Things to know:

  1. To receive SMS notifications, the client must have a valid phone number on file and is single opted in to receive transactional SMS 
  2. To receive email notifications, the client must have a valid email address on file and is opted in to receive transactional emails
  3. Push notifications can only be sent to clients who have your custom MyTime Guest App installed on their mobile devices
