The loyalty points information for a client can be accessed within their client profile. This provides a consolidated view of details such as the total points earned, the redeemable amount, and the associated ticket numbers for both points earned and redeemed transactions.

Loyalty Points Earned on Client Profiles
To view, the loyalty points earned on a client profile:
- Navigate to the Clients tab
- Search for the client's profile
- Scroll down to the Loyalty Program section
- Click the dropdown arrow to expand
- To view the audit trail for loyalty activity, you can click on "View Loyalty Activity" hyperlink
- The following will be displayed in the modal:
- Date/Time - The date and time the loyalty points were earned or redeemed
- Ticket # - The ticket associated with the earning or redeeming of the loyalty points. Clicking this link redirects to the POS ticket
- Transaction Type - Displays any action taken against the client's loyalty points, including both points earned and redeemed
- Change - The initial or previous loyalty points balance before any points are earned or redeemed
- Balance - The updated or current state of the loyalty points balance following transactions, redemptions, or adjustments
Editing Loyalty Points on Client Profiles
To make manual adjustments to a client's loyalty points balance:
- Navigate to the Clients tab
- Search for the client's profile
- Scroll down to the Loyalty Program section
- Click the dropdown arrow to expand
- Click the Edit Loyalty Points button
- You can click the arrows to adjust the points incrementally or by manually entering the desired point value
- The value will be updated, and the adjustment will be reflected in the Audit Trail
