MyTime gives you the option to block clients from booking on your online widget/website. In this article, we will walk through the steps on how to block clients from booking online.
To block a client from booking online:
- Navigate to Clients
- Locate the client you wish to block
- Open the profile
- Click the pencil icon to edit the profile
- On the Edit Details modal, locate the "Able to book online" option
- Uncheck the box. Unchecking the box will block the client from booking online
- Confirm by clicking "Yes" on the pop up
- Save
When the client attempts to book online, they will receive the following error message: "This business does not accept online bookings."
