Astro Loyalty Integration

In this article, we will walk through the steps for integrating Astro Loyalty with MyTime. 

Things to know:

  • You must have an active Astro Loyalty plan. Learn more about Astro Loyalty plans here.
  • Astro Loyalty Integration is controlled by a hidden setting that only the MyTime team can enable. To enable the hidden setting, please contact our Support Team at support@mytime.com.
  • For franchise businesses, Astro Loyalty is configured at the child level
  • When you configure Astro Loyalty on your MyTime account, an Astro Loyalty hyperlink will appear on the POS ticket when a product is added. By clicking the hyperlink, you will be routed to the Astro Loyalty checkout page and MyTime will transfer client information, ticket items and totals, etc, to your Astro Loyalty account.

Add Astro Loyalty Credentials on MyTime

  1. Log into your MyTime account
  2. Expand the menu next to your name in the top right hand corner Dashboard_-_MyTime.png
  3. Select Location Setup from the menu                   Dashboard_-_MyTime__2_.png
  4. Navigate to the Settings page Business_Settings__2_.png
  5. Select the Partners Integration tab Business_Settings__3_.png
  6. Contact Astro Loyalty for the API credentials. Once received, filter by the desired location and enter your Astro Loyalty API username and password (if you have multiple locations, credentials must be entered for each location).                        Business_Settings__4_.png
  7. Click Save at the bottom of the page

Send Ticket Details to Astro Loyalty in POS

  1. Navigate to POS > New Ticket
  2. Search for the desired client in the client search bar Ticket_Details_-_MyTime__5_.png
  3. Select the Products tab Ticket_Details_-_MyTime__6_.png
  4. Use the search bar to search for the desired product from the product list Ticket_Details_-_MyTime__8_.png
  5. Add the product to the ticket
  6. You can choose to select Astro Loyalty hyperlink at the bottom of the page before taking payment or after Ticket_Details_-_MyTime__9_.png
  7. A new tab will be opened and you will be routed to the Astro Loyalty checkout page, where the client will be linked and all the products added to the ticket will be available under Today's Purchases. 
  8. If the client is not found, you will be prompted to add the client to Astro Loyalty
  9. Go back to your MyTime POS and Take Payment Ticket_Details_-_MyTime__10_.png
  10. Add your desired payment method
  11. Close the ticket Ticket_Details_-_MyTime__11_.png
