If you do not confirm a prepaid pending appointment, MyTime will not charge the customer's credit card. If you forget to confirm a prepaid pending appointment before the appointment time, you must collect payment from the customer when they arrive for their appointment.
Please note: This only applies if you set your appointments booked online to stay in a "pending state" until you manually approve them:
If your appointments are set to be automatically confirmed online, you will not have pending appointments and this scenario does not apply to you.
Pending appointments will always stay in "pending status" until you approve them.
If you choose to have the status automatically change to "completed" based on the service duration, appointments in the pending state will be marked as "completed" when the appointment end time has passed, even though you never confirmed the appointment.
