How can I tell what version of the Scheduler app I have?

If you are experiencing problems with the MyTime Scheduler app, try verifying if you have the latest version.

If you do not have the most updated version of the app, it may not function 100% properly.


To find out which version of the app you have, follow the screenshots below: 








If you are running into unexpected problems or odd behavior in the app, sign out of the app, delete the app from your phone, and then re-install it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

To sign out of the app, use the Sign Out button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.


Deleting the App from your iPhone

To delete the app from your iPhone, go to your home screen. Next, press and hold one of the app icons until they begin wiggling. You will notice an 'x' appear above each icon. Find the scheduler app and press the "x" to remove it.


Next, download the app from the App Store and re-install it on your iPhone. Click here to download the app for your iPhone.

Deleting the App from an Android Device

  1. Open the Settings app. You can delete any app you've downloaded using the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap "Apps" or "Applications."
  3. Swipe to the "Downloads" tab.
  4. Find and tap the MyTime Scheduler app.
  5. Tap the "Uninstall" button.
