How can I tell if an appointment is prepaid?

With MyTime, you can allow or require customers to pay for their appointments online. To edit your online payment preferences, click here.

You can see if an appointment is prepaid from your Schedule page.  Prepaid appointments will have a dollar sign ($) in the upper right-hand corner of the appointment:


If you hover your mouse over the appointment you will see PAID in the upper right-hand corner of the popup window:



When you click on the appointment, the window shown below will appear. A box that reads PRE-PAID will appear at the bottom of the appointment:



An appointment that is not prepaid will not have the PRE-PAID box (see below for example).
