What is Reserve with Google?

Reserve with Google is a new service from Google that allows your customers to find and book appointments directly from Google search, Google Maps or the Reserve with Google website.

If you are using MyTime, you now have access to Reserve with Google.

How Does Reserve with Google and MyTime's Partnership Benefit You?

Your clients use Google and competitors' clients use Google. Google search, Google Maps and the Reserve with Google website together reach every potential client with access to the internet. This means more business for you and less business for your competitors who aren't using Reserve with Google.

With the industry moving more toward online booking, potential new clients won't waste their time researching and calling businesses If they can book a service online.

Google assists your customers with the booking appointments process. The many different avenues that Google provides to drive customers your way makes your business more visible to potential customers. The ease of searching, selecting the desired service and booking saves customers an enormous amount of valuable time. 

How Does Reserve with Google Work? 

Customers find your business via Google Search or Google Maps. Once selected, your business listing will appear and a blue "book" button will be visible to your customers. This is how it will be displayed via the web and mobile devices. This is amazing for your business since 65% of online bookings stem from mobile devices. 

Google will display your services, pricing, staff availability and allow customers to book with one single click saving them and your business valuable time. 

How Do I Make Booking through Reserve with Google Available for Customers? 

Great news! As a Merchant with MyTime, booking through Reserve with Google is automatically available for your customers. Please Login to your MyTime account and apply the following changes to your settings:

1. Go to Payments & Deposits under Business Setup and select, "No, only take payments in person option."

2. Go to Settings under Business Setup, scroll down until you see the Cancellation Policy section and select, "No" under "If a client fails to cancel in advance, should MyTime charge them?"

3. Please make sure that you automatically accept confirm online bookings. You can enable this setting by going to Business Setup > Settings > Online Bookings > How Should Online Bookings Be Handled > Select, "Always Accept Online Bookings"

Once these steps are completed, your business is set to receive bookings through Reserve with Google. Mobile, Pet, Automotive and Medical related businesses are currently not supported by Google Reserve.
