Updating your Login Email and Password

There are two scenarios in which you may need to edit your login information:

  1. You forgot your password and cannot log in
  2. You're already logged in and would like to update your login information

In this article, you'll learn how to change your password and/or login email address in both situations.

I. You Forgot Your Password

When you forget your password, you can use the MyTime's Password Reset link.

On the login screen, click Forgot password?

Enter your login email address on the next page, and a password reset link will be sent to your email.

Note: For security purposes, you cannot change your login email address until you are logged into your account.

 

II. Updating your Login Email and Password while you are Logged In 

You can edit your login information in your Account section:

  1. Click your Business Name (or your name) in the upper right
  2. Click My Account.

Change your login email in the Personal Information section.

Note: This is also the email where important MyTime account communications are sent.

To change your password, click Change Password in the next section.

If you do not remember your current password, please select the “forgot password” option and a reset password link will be sent to you.
