Purchasing Memberships on the Guest App

Clients can purchase memberships via the consumer app which is similar to the way they would purchase them via the widget. Once your clients have downloaded the consumer app from the app store, here is how they will purchase a membership: 

  1. On the home screen tap the account icon in the top right corner of the screen mceclip1.png
  2. On the sign-in page, login using their MyTime consumer credentials or sign in using Facebook                                                                                                        mceclip1.png
  3. They will then be on the "My Account" page, where they can see their account details mceclip2.png
  4. They can then purchase a membership from 2 places:
    • Clicking Membership on their My Account page            mceclip2.png
    • The Home icon at the bottom of the page takes them to the Home page, where they can select "Purchase Memberships"                                                        mceclip0.png
  5. Both options take you to the location selector page, where you can select the desired location where you want to purchase the membership. In this example, we will use the Test - Linstead location.                                                                                mceclip2.png
  6. Choose a membership and tap on the ‘Buy" button           mceclip4.png
  7. Enter card details and tap on the “Complete Purchase" button mceclip6.png
  8. The confirmation page will display all the membership details mceclip8.png
