Things to know:
When refunding a membership charge, you have the option to keep the credit or have it removed from the client's membership
Scenarios | Membership Status | Credit Usage |
The client has an ongoing membership and the most recent membership charge was refunded | Active |
- If a refund was done and the membership credit was checked to be removed, the client will not be able to use the item or value credits after the refund was processed. However, if the membership has rollover credits, the previous month's credits will be available for use.
- If a refund was done and the membership credit was NOT checked to be removed, the client will be able to use the item or value credits after the refund has been processed. |
